Message from the CEO on COVID-19 response
With the COVID-19 pandemic continuing to create a challenging social and business environment, I want to thank all our associates, customers and distribution partners for their continued support and collaboration during these unprecedented times. As we strive to help clinicians in their specialty, and are aware of their challenges, we are particularly grateful to all physicians and caregivers for their daily efforts in this fight.
At Imactis, we have taken various steps to ensure continued customer support, employee safety, and business continuity. Our team of sales representatives and product specialists continue to serve and support our customers, via our unique ‘Smart Remote Training & Demo’ system. This way, we ensure everyone’s safety, all the while providing continued support to our valued customers.
Imactis has implemented necessary personal hygiene and safety measures across the organization; voluntarily and as per regulatory guidelines. Our associates have been provided with the required technical support to ensure a smooth work from home experience, without disruptions. A select few associates who are part of the business-critical operations that include Supply chain & manufacturing, work at our main facility in full compliance with COVID-19 regulatory guidelines. In addition, several of our associates are volunteering for valuable social initiatives in Grenoble.
I strongly believe that we will collectively overcome this challenging phase of our lives.
